I was looking for visual novels made with RPG maker to get inspiration for the one I wanted to make and I ran across this one. So, when the Enigma game started I was thinking this would be a regular jumpscare fest, and there was some kind of timer and I'd die if I didn't solve the puzzles fast enough. After the first death I realized that wasn't the case, but man the tension was still there.
And that ending! I'm not crying, you're crying!
My one complaint was that to find the articles in the second part you had to click on some very specific and seemingly random spots. That just seemed very obtuse. But other then that, great job!
Hey! The game seems to be really good, but I've encountered an issue with saving. Every time I finish a chapter and the saving prompt pops up, no matter what I click I cannot seem to be able to save. I don't mind it as I plan to play in a single run, but I thought it would be good to let you know! ^
I made a second playthrough just in case it was bugged on the first, but yeah, the issue is still there. It's alright, though, I still very much enjoyed everything in the game! I must say, even after playing two times, it still gets me in tears, thank you for making it!
I'm assuming you need help unlocking the memory in the man cave, there's something in the bar that can help you reach the note under the TV stand. I'm glad you're enjoying the game ^_^
Can I just say I love all of these characters? (Except Nightmare, though I admit they were incredibly well written) Also, the plot twists (and how the murder happened) were really unexpected but make so much sense. The humor is top-notch and the emotional parts hit really hard. This game is really amazing and I recommend this to anyone who likes murder mysteries! (My favorite is Punch, but I love everybody, honestly.)
Will there ever be a spinoff with all of these characters? They're all so amazing. Waiting for that or for that Marco spinoff!
P.S. Is there a secret ending where they don't go to the mansion in here? Just asking
I'm so happy you liked the characters! After exams for me I plan to start working on some skits between the characters for some extra content (it may cost money but it won't be a lot, updates for it will be posted on our Instagram soon) Also there's only one ending to the game. It was so fun and engaging, it kept me hooked the entire time I was playing it. This game did a great job of introducing the characters and making them super likeable. All the story elements are really interesting, and the twists were great and surprising, but they all felt reasonable and well-done at the same time.
This game is an underrated masterpiece and deserves more love and attention.
The art, story, gameplay, music, and characters easily make this game a 20/10, would recommend it to anyone interested in mystery, horror, puzzle, adventure, or point & click games.
I hope you make more games in the future, (hoping for that Marco spinoff, he's got to be the best comic relief character ever) best of luck in the future, and keep up the amazing work!

Yo, finally got around to this. Really charming! I enjoyed the characters and the jokes were right up my alley. I think that the opening is a bit long and the back-and-forth with the twists towards the end gets to be just a bit much but maybe I shouldn't have played it in one sitting lol. I also enjoyed the artwork, though it could be just a little more consistent. Looking forward to what else you guys put together!

I also really loved Punch as a character, when I saw the "always mentioned being a changed man" aspect I thought he was gonna be a holyier than thou type beat but I was pleasantly surprised. I would love to see more of your work in the future.
This game was so cool, I'm not the type of person that cries easily but it made me cry TWICE, the jokes are really funny, and the gameplay is easy to understand but fun to play, it very quickly became one of my favorite games. 11/10 would (and probably will) play again
I was looking up RPG Maker games when I found this one, and decided to download it on a whim. I'm glad I did, because I really enjoyed playing this! The story was well done, and managed to keep me guessing 'til the very end, and the characters were all a lot of fun! Honestly, it surprised me how much I started to feel for the mystery and characters as the game went on. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone who's a fan of the murder mystery/whodunnit/puzzle type of game.
I personally loved this game. I'm the ADHD type that hates novel-form games with lots of dialogues, even so, this game was so well made and so interesting that i loved every dialogue and scene in the game. The good thing about this is that most of the scenes are so funny I couldn't even breath, and the other ones really touched me and made me feel sad about the deaths. Besides so, I found this game really original and enjoyable, so much that I wanted to play it again and again.
The characters, the evolution of everyone as the story goes on, even the drawing style and music were 10/10.
I completely recommend this game to everyone that might want to give a try to unique games like this one.
P.S: My fave characters were Milo/Bandit and Marco, but I ended up loving all of them.
I think this game could be more enjoyable if there was a downloadable version of it so we can play without internet.

Amazing game, had a lot of fun playing it, the characters are all well written, and the plot too, the jokes are truly 10/10 but the serious moments are really impactful and the puzzles are fun without being too frustrating.
The character design is really good, and honestly would recommend everyone that see this comment to play it, I even left my playtrough incomplete (Don't worry I finished out of cam) to force people to come here and play this excellent visual novel.

I introduced my friend to it and we both love Marco
and I also love all the characters, but Virgil, Sophie, Zack, Marco, and Bandit (whatever you want to call him lol) will always be my favorite characters
and all the jokes because let's be honest, we all love the jokes in this
I have not felt such emotion for a game in so long, This was truly a Masterpiece. I can not express how much I love the characters, story, their interactions. I will always cherish this Gem.
